for eMP10.com and the eMP10 app
Last updated: July 31, 2026
At eMP10 your privacy is of utmost importance to us. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, safeguard, retain, and delete information when you visit our website or use the eMP10 app. By accessing the app or using eMP10.com, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
Important notice regarding the eMP10 app: The eMP10 mobile app does not require users to create an account and does not collect, transmit, upload, share, sell, store, or retain personal or sensitive user data on eMP10 servers. References below to information collected through the website apply only to website interactions or information that a user voluntarily provides to eMP10, such as when contacting customer support.
We may collect the following types of information through the eMP10 website:
Personal Information: While using our site, you may voluntarily provide us with certain personally identifiable information (PII) that can be used to contact or identify you, such as your name, email address, phone number, and other information you choose to provide.
Non-Personal Information: We may collect non-personal information about you whenever you interact with our site. This may include browser type, operating system, IP address, and other technical data.
We may use information collected through the website or voluntarily provided to customer support to respond to your request and improve our services, including to provide, operate, and maintain our website; improve, personalize, and expand our website; understand and analyze how the website is used; and develop new products, services, and features.
eMP10 App Data Practices
The eMP10 app is used to connect to and control compatible eMP10 devices through Bluetooth. The app does not create user accounts and does not collect or transmit personal information, health information, treatment information, device-control information, Bluetooth scan results, or app usage data to eMP10 servers. Any app settings or device-control information used during operation remain locally on the user’s device and are not accessible to or retained by eMP10.
Cookies
We may use cookies on the eMP10 website to understand and save users’ preferences for future visits, keep track of advertisements, and compile aggregate data about website traffic and interactions in order to offer better website experiences and tools in the future. We may also use trusted third-party services that process this information on our behalf.
You can choose to have your browser warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or you can choose to turn off cookies through your browser settings. Each browser is different, so please review your browser’s help menu to learn how to modify cookie settings.
If you disable cookies, some website features may be disabled and some services may not function properly.
Third Party Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer personally identifiable information to outside parties unless we provide advance notice. This does not include hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing users, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
We may also release information when we believe it is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect our or others’ rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable website visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, analytics, or other uses.
Third Party Links
We do not include or offer third-party products or services within the eMP10 app. The eMP10 website may contain links necessary to provide product, support, payment, download, or other website services. When you visit a third-party website or service, its own privacy policy applies.
Data Retention Policy
The eMP10 app does not collect, upload, store, or retain personal or sensitive user data on eMP10 servers. Because the app does not maintain user accounts or server-side user records, eMP10 does not retain app user data after an app session, after local app storage is cleared, or after the app is uninstalled.
Information stored locally by the app on the user’s device, such as app preferences or device settings, remains under the user’s control and can be removed by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling the app.
Information voluntarily submitted through the eMP10 website or by contacting customer support may be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, provide the requested service, comply with legal or regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, and enforce our agreements. When the information is no longer required for these purposes, it will be deleted or anonymized.
Data Deletion Process
Because the eMP10 app does not create user accounts or store app user data on eMP10 servers, there is generally no app user data held by eMP10 that requires a server-side deletion request. Users may delete any information stored locally by the app by clearing the app’s storage in the device settings or uninstalling the app.
If you voluntarily submitted personal information through the eMP10 website or to customer support and would like that information deleted, send a deletion request to help@emp10.com with the subject line “eMP10 Data Deletion Request.” Please include the email address used to contact us and enough information for us to identify the relevant record. Do not include sensitive medical information in the deletion request.
We will review and respond to a valid deletion request within 30 days, unless a longer period is permitted or required by applicable law. We may need to verify the requester’s identity before deleting information. Certain information may be retained when required by law, for security and fraud-prevention purposes, or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. We will explain any applicable exception in our response.
